The Wright Brothers
There was a strike in 1914 staged by coal miners, who set up a tent colony. The state militia killed 21 miners and burnt the tent colony.
Sliding tin trousers
These group is “nature sliding.” Each of them has “tin pants” with parafined butts. As they sat together holdng each other, they would slide for long distances on the snow in Washington, 1917.
