There’s always a new craze or trend sweeping the nation. Diets and “being healthy” will always be popular. The past few years, the trend has been juicing and smoothies. I can imagine that if done in moderation and the “proper” way, it can be good for you. But following a trend and not knowing why you’re doing it is the worst thing, if your goal is to really be healthy. A lot of times, it’s just as packed with sugar and other bad ingredients as everything else. And sometimes they’re just down right nasty.
